LKBEN11596: Can I run iPhone and iPad apps on my Mac?

Symptom

You want to install some iPhone app on your Macintosh.

Cause

-

Solution

To be able to run an iPhone or iPad app on your mac, you need at least a Mac with Apple silicon chip.

A list of Macs with Apple silicon can be found here: https://www.lubby.org/en/DB/details/LKBEN11594

To install the application, you open the App Store and click on the "iPhone & iPad Apps". Not all Apps can be installed on the Mac! Most of them are compatible but some require capabilities unique to iPhone or iPad and the developer might choose to make it unabailable on the Macintosh.

Have fun.
