LKBEN11644: How to add a setup project in visual studio.
Symptom
You want to create a setup project but you don't find a template to create one.
Cause
Not all options are installed with visual studio.
Solution
Open Visual Studio without project, click on extentions and search for a setup project. Click on download.
The extentions will be scheduled so you need to close visual studio.
When the extension is installed you will get a message like the following:
Now you can select a setup or installer project from the menu.
