LKBEN11658: How to check your bootstraptoken on your Mac.


Symptom

You need to know if your UEM server supports a bootstrap token.

Cause

Might be important for FileVault on macOS.

Solution

To check if your Mac has a Bootstrap Token you can use the following command from a terminal:

sudo profiles status -type bootstraptoken

The result looks like:

profiles: Bootstrap Token supported on server: YES
profiles: Bootstrap Token escrowed to server: YES
