LKBEN11716: How to report the current DNS configuration on MacOS?


Symptom

You need to find out the DNS settings for your Mac.

Cause

Solution

To do this, you can use the scutil command.

scutil --dns

This command will show you the complete DNS Information, nameserver, resolvers, search domain etc.
