LKBEN11739: How to add a legacy driver via device manager on Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Symptom
You cannot activate your hypervisor on your system and already enabled it in the BIOS.
Cause

Solution
A possible solution to enable your hypervisor might be to add a legacy Hyper-V driver. This can be done via device manager. Click on the Action menu and select "add legacy hardware". Click next and select "Install the hardware that I select from a list". Select "system devices" and go to Manufacturer "Microsoft". Here you select the Hyper-V-Intrastructuredriver.
