LKBEN11762: Which font was used to create the Lubby Logo and how can it be installed?

Solution
The Lubby font has been created with "Saved By Zero" and can be installed on Ubuntu/Kubuntu Linux with the following command:
sudo apt install fonts-larabie-deco
Now it can be used in Libreoffice writer, Gimp or whatever program you would like. It looks like this:
