A simple way of deleting annoying cookies is to configure Windows to store them in the recyclebin. The cookies are working so long as the recylcebin isn't emptied. All you have to do is to change a registry key.
Start Regedit and search for "Hkey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders". Select the key "cookies" and insert "C:\Recycler".
