LKBEN11070: Posix error 9: Bad file descriptor
Symptom
You get the error message: Bad file descriptor
Cause
none
Solution
If you get a "Bad file Descriptor" error it does not always mean that your hard disk is broken. Most of the time this means that you have a corrupt block on the disk which is possibly fixable. You can run fsck and afterwards check "lost+found".
Do not forget that fsck can only be run on unmounted filesystem.
