LKBEN11557: EnterpriseDesktopAppManagement CSP delivers error 60
Symptom
You find error 60 in the registry from the computer. (see Solution for the registry entry)
Cause
This error means "Enforcement Failed". Everything different from 70 is bad.
Solution
In a subentry from the following registry key you can check the installation status of an MSI pushed from a UEM System on the computer:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EnterpriseDesktopAppManagement\S-0-0-00-0000000000-0000000000-000000000-000\MSI
This is used by Workspace ONE and Azure.
Here is a list of the errors which can occur:

Pending User Session | 48 |
Enforcement In Progress | 50 |
Pending Enforcement Retry | 55 |
Enforcement Failed | 60 |
Enforcement Completed | 70 |
You need the Status 70. If you do not find 70, you can uninstall the installed MSI by using the following command:
msiexec.exe /x {sfd-product-code}
The UEM System will reinstall the application.
