LKBEN11610: How to send the powershell window to the background.
Symptom
You want to run a powershell script as hidden as possible.
Cause
The user is distracted during the execution.
Solution
To run a powershell script in the background you can use the "WindowStyle" parameter.
powershell.exe -WindowStyle hidden -executionpolicy bypass -file .\YourScript.ps1
The WindowStyle will send the powershell to the background but the user might still see the shell start. This results in a flashing blue box but at least this will distract the user less than running the script normally.
