LKBEN11665: Where does Xcode build the binaries?
Symptom
You compiled an application and do not find the output although Xcode can run your application.
Cause
This is by design.
Solution
After building your application and running it from Xcode, you would like to run your application from the terminal. Xcode will build the binaries in the following location:
/Users/<username>/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
In this location you will find a folder with your fresh binary.
Have fun.
