LKBDE11752: Wie kann man PST Dateien anlegen und Mails auslagern in Outlook 2019?
Symptom
Das Postfach ist voll und es soll nichts gelöscht werden.
Cause

Solution
Outlook starten und auf Datei klicken -> Kontoeinstellungen -> nochmals Kontoeinstellungen.
Unter Datendateien auf "Hinzufügen..." klicken und eine neue pst Datei anlegen. Schießen und in der Mailansicht sollte jetzt diese Datei eingebunden sein.
Hier ggf. noch einen Ordner anlegen und benennen.
Mails vom Postfach hiernach verschieben.
Nicht vergessen die PST-Dateien zu sichern.
