LKBEN11471: Try to manual activate a Windows version with a KMS server in the network
Symptom
Your system does not activate the Windows license via KMS.
Cause
KMS will sometimes not work. You need some manual activation.
Solution
Try to execute the following.
cscript.exe C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ato
If this does not work, please check your DNS for the following entry:
_vlmcs._tcp.<yourdomain>
This can be done with the cli of nslookup.
nslookup
set type=srv
_vlmcs._tcp.<yourdomain>
