LKBEN11622: Where do I find the logs for MacOS softwaredistribution on Workspace ONE?


Symptom

You need to distribute software via UEM and Workspace ONE.

Cause

The software ist distributed with Munki so you need to check these logs.

Solution

For troubleshooting MacOS Softwaredistribution with Workspace ONE you need to open a terminal or alternative (e.g. iTerm) and type in the command:

tail -n 30 -F /Library/Application\ Support/Airwatch/Data/Munki/Managed\ Installs/Logs/ManagedSoftwareUpdate.log

This log will show you all activity. If you do not see any activity, you might need to sync with Workspace ONE Intelligent HUB.
